Shipping Rates

As of 10/02/2022 our base rate for USPS First Class (Domestic) has been raised to $5.50 per order due to "peak season" surcharges.

Shipping Policies

Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, it is 100% out of our hands.

We do our best to ensure timely shipping of your order. We are however NOT responsible if the carrier loses, damages or fails to deliver your package.

With shipping and logistics being what they are, expect delays and mishandling. We cannot replace lost orders unless you opted for First Class - Insured or USPS Priority as an option.

 

International Shipping (Tracking)

Canada and others who chose this option - your order may take a month before it makes it to you. Pay attention to the tracking that is sent via email when your order is fulfilled.

Australia/New Zealand

Your only shipping option is extremely expensive. Blame your government. See our latest blog post.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

General

Q: Can I get a discount because ________________?

A: We proliferate discount codes through our mailing list. However, we do not offer them to specific groups of people, professions, etc

Q: If an item is out of stock, can I be put on a waiting list?
A: We do not have a waiting list at the moment for product availability, but we typically give general timelines via our mass mailings. Make sure you're signed up for our mailing list and like our Facebook / Instagram page as they get updated quote frequently.

Q: The item I ordered has a flaw, can I get a new one?
A: We go to great lengths to ensure our products are not 'jacked up' when they ship out. If you get an item that indeed has a flaw, please send us an email or Facebook message with a photo if possible and we'll get you squared away.

Q: I ordered the wrong t-shirt size. Help!
A: All t-shirt fulfillment is done via a third party and they only accept returns if there is a flaw in the shirt/print itself. Please make sure you order the right size. We can cancel the order if the mistake was noticed quick enough, however.

Q: I never got my order! What can I do?
A: First, check your tracking and see where it may be. Once the order is with USPS, it's out of our hands. 

If you chose First Class-Insured, we can file a claim and replace the order.

Q: How long before my order ships?
A: As of right now (1/2022), lead times on orders is 2-3 business days.

Pre-Orders

We occasionally offer an item on a pre-order basis. When this happens, we give shipping date estimations based on past production efficiency, but there are other factors.

Q: I placed an order for an item with a [Pre-Order] status. When will it arrive?
A: We give a shipping estimate on the product page in question. You item should ship out by that time, or before. In rare instances, shipping can be delayed further.

Q: My order has in-stock and [Pre-Order] items. When will it ship?
A: We fulfill orders like this when the [Pre-Order] item arrives unless other arrangements have been made.

Q: Where's my [Pre-Order] order? It's been so long! Can I just get a refund?
A: Yes, we can refund your order if you so desire.
