About

"A Psalm of David. Blessed be the LORD, my rock, Who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle;"
- Psalms 144:1 NAS

Weaponized Design.

Founded by a designer, dreamer and idea man in Texas.

Texas 144.1 was started in early 2016 as an experiment to take my faith, my love of history, design and at times - humor and create something tangible with meaning.

Symbols invoke emotional responses, stir curiosity and conversation.

With each flag design we produce, it's backed by a need to teach and American's about their birthrights and not sell them off like Esau did for a bowl of soup, or in modern terms - a false sense of security. Over the past 3 years, this experiment has grown and matured immensely.

Current events have spurred a desire to resurrect symbols others seek to demean, destroy and ultimately erase from history. Not on our watch.

We don't suppress, white wash or try and destroy history. We keep it alive.

We're not just about historic flags, though. We're always innovating and working to push the envelope in what can be conveyed in a symbol. Our original works are often inspired by history, current events, pirate lore and at times total fantasy... but they all have a deeper meaning.
